    Shipping Policy

    Processing Times

     While we are all still impacted by the pandemic we continue to implement social distancing and cleaning procedures to keep our team—and you— safe.  We now have good stocks of most items, but delays in fabric supplies can still hold up certain colors, and there are continuing unpredictable problems with carriers too.  Thank you for your support and understanding during this time. We strive to get your linens to you as soon as we possibly can, and we are grateful for your loyalty and support.

    Delivery Within The United States

    We ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail. For urgent deliveries we can ship via FedEx upon request. Please contact our customer service department to arrange expedited shipping.

    Most customers find our standard delivery is prompt and cost effective.

    International Orders

    We are pleased to fill orders shipped outside the US. Allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries, not including processing times. Duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, if required.

    Canadian Customers: Since we manufacture in the US our linens are covered by the NAFTA agreement and you should not have to pay duty. However, customers have sometimes told us that duties were charged, despite our efforts to avoid them. You will need to take this up with the office that has charged you.

    Other Countries: You may be charged an import tax, please check before you order, we don't want you to have an unpleasant surprise.

    Orders delivered outside the US are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.

    Please note:

    * Customs regulations require that we enclose an invoice with all orders shipped outside the US. We also need your phone number for or on-line order form.

    * Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of delivery, if required.

    Shipping Costs + Transit Times

    US orders of $150+ are shipped for free. 

    Our shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination of each shipment. We bill shipping at the actual cost — making money on postage is not our business.

    If your order is shipped for free because it is over $150, choosing the paid shipping method does NOT mean that the order is shipped via a faster method. If you do need your order expedited, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order.

    Transit times are usually 1-2 days to the west coast, and up to 5 days to reach the east coast. Transit to the midwest and south is about 2 – 4 days.

    International transit times vary from 1 – 4 weeks. Remember this does NOT include processing time.

    Sales Tax

    Purchases sent to any address within the State of California must include State Sales Tax. Sales tax is not required for purchases sent to other states or outside the US.
