Returns and Exchanges

Guarantee of Satisfaction. We stand behind our goods. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 30 days from receipt with all tags for replacement or full refund of product price; shipping costs and adjustments are not reimbursed. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

Custom goods will not be accepted back and are considered to be final sale.

If you wish to return any item, please complete the following steps so that we may respond promptly. No return or exchange authorization code is necessary.

1. Indicate on the reverse side of your original packing slip, why the merchandise is being returned.

2. Enclose the packing slip/reorder form inside the parcel. Wrap and tape your parcel securely.

3. Ship, via USPS (United States Postal Service), to:

Try to re-use the original shipping box.

Refunds for returns and exchanges will be made by the original method of payment.
