A duvet cover should fit the infill snugly - up to 6" smaller all around - to ensure that it doesn't shift. I have even put a king infill into a queen cover, with cosy results. Please measure your duvet, as infill sizes are not standard.
For all custom requests please fill out the following form: Custom Duvet Cover

Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.
I had been wanting linen sheets forever and my boyfriend decided to buy them for me for Xmas. From the moment I opened the beautiful package, I knew I was going to love them. My boyfriend then decided he needed a whole new bed and ordered his. I promptly followed up by ordering the duvet in dusk which is a perfect compliment for a chair with homemade slipcovers and my valances. A little luxury goes such a long way and makes me feel like a queen when I go to bed or just walk in the room! Thanks Rough Linen.
Heavy, delicious thick linen. Love the coconut buttons. Double check the size of the duvet cover when you’re looking for an insert. It’s oversized so may be cumbersome to find but definitely worth it. Wish it came in white instead of off-white but still beautiful all together.
I am a big fan of Rough Linen. I have purchased their table linens for several years and think they are a great company to work with. However, a little over a year ago, I bought an Orkney duvet cover for our king bed that has been nothing but frustrating. Because the zipper is only about a third of the width of the duvet, it is really hard to take the duvet off and put it back on. In addition, there are no ties to tie the corners of the duvet to the inside. So, by the time I've wrestled the duvet through the tiny opening of the zipper and shaken it out to extend through the interior of the duvet cover, usually one corner or more of the duvet has come free and is bunching in some haywire way. I have duvet clips, but I think the process of wrestling the duvet through and shaking it out is too taxing for them. If it weren't for this struggle, I would have gladly purchased another duvet cover for our guest bed. But after going through this process a few times over the past year, I decided that struggling with one duvet was enough. Rough Linen, please consider making the zipper larger in the future and adding ties to the inside. Thank you.
I purchased several bedding items to redo my complete bedding linen. The king duvet cover was so oversized that it was 25" wider than my duvet, and lay on the ground on both sides of the bed. It looked horrible. It took weeks for rough linen to get back to me with arrangements for a replacement. It has now been 6weeks and I still do not have my replacement. The replacement is in the mail from the US, I'm in Australia. I paid $125.00 for initial delivery by DHL which arrived in 5 days. The replacement is being sent via USPS, (no cost to me) which I expect will be somewhat of a lesser service than DHL. On the positive side the fabric looked beautiful and I love the sheets, but considering the price point I expected better service.
