United StatesAll linen bedding, towels etc. right out of the washer are shaken & blocked, air dried on my loft bedroom balcony in flat multiple layers. Because linen dries so quickly this stack of layers is dry within a day or two. Precise folding, stacking and "relaxing" in the linen cupboard softens and eliminates wrinkles, including our vintage French embroidered linens (no ironing for me!). The ink Orkney duvet cover goes in the dryer to reduce lint and like everything else that goes in the dryer, adding wool dryer balls dries things in 3/4 of the time, yielding a bonus of softness and no wrinkles. 4 of these benevolent spheres now live in my dryer.
