Material: 100% Linen. Midweight St. Barts 5.7 oz/sq. yd
square 56" wide x 56"
long 56" wide x 108"
Tables vary in width and length, but the drop should not be less than 8", and generally not more than 15"– a practical length, as it doesn't get caught underneath you when you sit down! A 10" to 12" drop is typical.
Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.
Crease Release: Spread the tablecloth on the table and spray lightly in situ (not if your table is French polished!) to make fold lines disappear. Just dampen and smooth it with your hands.
I got the St. Bart's linen in turquoise, and it's really beautiful. The color is vivid, and it drapes exquisitely. I've used it twice for holiday meals and despite spills, I followed the care instructions and had a good result. I will very likely purchase another.
This is a fantastic tablecloth. Perfect weight to the material, lovely color and seems to be fairly stain resistant too. Great piece, could see passing it down to my kids someday.
The tablecloths are very nice. It s the customer service that is not so great. I have bought from roughlinen on more than one occasion. Both times I requested a return phone call to ask questions then the second time to ask about an exchange. The first time it was a while before they called back and this time they have yet to do so. Now it's not possible to return. Not impressed.
