The quality and beauty of these cushion covers is unbelievable. I am very happy with them as a stand alone purchase. However, I should note for other buyers what I failed to notice and has resulted in some disappointment on my part. Not because of quality or design, but because of the look I was after. These pleated cushion covers seem smaller than the solid cushion covers, however the website notes 18" for both types. Additionally, the linen type used is different, and while named that same color, the color is different (probably due to the difference in linen types. The solid are Orkney, the pleated one just notes its the same as the day blanket). I bought the natural color in each style. While they don't look bad together, they definitely aren't the same, and not different enough to look purposeful. I have decided not to group them together because of that. So, while there is nothing wrong with these cushion covers, I didn't notice these differences when ordering, and it left me disappointed that I didn't accomplish what I was hoping to.
Great! The colors are so soft and muted. Goes great with my decor. Nothing like great linen.
I love the pleated linen, I think the pleats bring out the texture of the fabric, nubby and crisp at the same time. I bought the natural and gray, which look good together, and play off the pale gray leather of our sofa. The quality of the stitching is outstanding. I've had trouble finding such quality. Most pillows are basically cheaply made, and the few quality designer pillows tend to be exorbitantly expensive. These pillows have texture and quality you can touch and see, at a reasonable price.
