These were our guidelines for making our version of the perfect robe: A flattering, smart collar which frames your face and fits to your neck. The body is modest, but not voluminous – you want to be able to get to both pockets. Length is mid-calf or a little longer depending on your height, you don't want to step on it. Gaping sleeves annoy me, so the sleeve is neatly fitted to the wrist and the cuff can be turned back. No more dipping your cuffs into the marmalade.
Material: 100% Linen. Mid-weight "St. Barts"
Sizing:Small through Extra Large
Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.
I was on the hunt for the perfect summer robe, and I found it with this one. I purchased the dark blue "ink" and it looks just as good in person as it does on the website. The robe is roomy, soft, a good length, and light. This is light enough for me to pack in my suitcase for when I eventually travel again.
The robe and apron are wonderful the fit was perfect and can’t wait to order the bedding thank you !
It is very comfortable to lounge in while having a double espresso/breakfast in the morning!
I now have 3 St Barts Robe. I love my pink one and would love one on A color as pretty …mint green or soft blue. How about it??? R.Allworth
