Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.
United StatesLove the washcloths and wash mitt so thought these hand towels would be a treat but they now languish unused in the cupboard. Hung from towel rings, used mostly only in the morning and evening in an airy bathroom, they stayed unpleasantly damp. If there was an available towel bar to hang them flat that might make some difference, but I have hand towel rings next to my basins. Smooth linen tea towels elsewhere dry between uses (on rings) but not the waffle towels. I hope this helps someone make a good choice for themselves because I dislike giving anything but 5 star reviews for my Rough Linen purchases.
United StatesThis set of four waffle linen hand towels provide everything that I want in such an essential item. The loop is perfectly placed mid-center on a lengthwise edge so that the towel hands *just so* on a hook by my sink. Four is just the right amount for my one-bathroom home, they roll up to store easily in a small drawer, three at the ready, one on the hook. Best of all, the fabric feels great on my hands, so soft, and yet substantial. Dries quickly enough between uses that it doesn't feel soggy when you go back to dry your hands next opportunity. Such wonderful quality.
