Thirsty Orkney linen tea towels — "we only dry our glasses with linen" — I didn't think of making these until linen-loving customers demanded them, but it makes perfect sense - linen is inherently anti-microbial, and stays fresher because it dries quickly.
See the Set of Seven, one for each day of the week.
Material: 100% Linen. Heavyweight "Orkney"
27" x 18"
Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.
I recently bought two tea towels in charcoal for my kitchen. They are so much more absorbent and fast drying than my old cotton towels. I think I’m going to need to buy more! Highly recommend.
Love these tea towels! Can't stop buying them. Stop thinking about it and just order but be warned, you'll be hooked on the fabric and the quality! Just got the dusty pink color and it's just beautiful!
The Orkney linen tea towels are fantastic! High quality, simple, rustic, functional (they even have a small loop sewn into the hem so you can hang them on a hook) and they're just lovely! I started embroidering these after I took Tricia's embroidery workshop (which was SO fun!), keeping some & giving some as gifts. Everyone loves them, I love them and YOU"LL love them too!
