    French Stripe Linen Tea Towel

    10 reviews

These dashing tea towels are as practical as they are elegant, in a heavy twill weave which positively slurps up water.  Dry your plates and give a sparkle to your glassware, one of linen’s special skills.  Or just throw it over your shoulder while you’re cooking to look adorably competent and chic. Limited quantities available.

    Product Information

Material: 100% Linen twill. Creamy, with a dark navy stripe.
    26" x 18"
Care: Machine wash with a small amount of gentle detergent, not Tide. Tumble dry on hot or medium, and remove from the dryer while still very slightly damp so wrinkles do not set. Shake the fabric out flat and smooth it with your hands. If you can dry outside, let fresh air and sun work their magic.

    Hearty Kitchen Towels

The linen twill fabric is casually elegant, washes well and looks beautiful hanging in the kitchen. Have given a few as gifts as well.

    the best tea towels

I love the texture and the fabric. I was looking for striped bistro napkins, bought two of them and then two more. They are the perfect napkins for the two of us when eating in our bedroom sitting area, they catch the crumbs, and don’t stain. Love them!

    Pretty and practical

Wipes up dishes or spills and dries quickly. Looks like a striped Breton shirt, but for your kitchen.

    Lovely Tea Towel

I just adore these tea towels. I have some in the regular Orkney and some in the French Stripe. The fabric and craftsmanship is superior to anything in chain stores. The Linen absorbs water quickly from the skin, then dries itself quickly, which keeps it from getting musty. I love how something so simplistic adds such luxury to my home. We used the tea towels in our kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms. I can’t wait to grow my collection! I know the French Stripe Linen is limited, but if it does become a permanent option, I’d love to see it in pillow covers and scarves!

    beautiful fabric

We are using the tea towels as breakfast napkins. Our crummy toast droppings catch on the slightly textured weave and don’t hit the floor. I’m ordering two more.
