Our classic Belgian waiter's apron, in strong, textural linen. We make quite a lot of these classic aprons for restaurants, and we offer the same rugged quality and handsome good looks to you.

Simple, minimalist and beautifully crafted. It comes with two capacious pockets divided by a sleek pencil slot, in the traditional wrap-around style with long, long cotton twill ties. So professional.

Fabulous gifts

I purchased two aprons for gifts. Both recipients (male) loved them and stated they would definitely be using them as they are both cooks. They thought the quality was outstanding. Thank you!!

Lovely fabric and very well made

I purchased this apron as a going away gift for an intern in our conservation lab. She is a book conservator and has been wanting a new apron as she moves on to a new job. This one is the creme-de-la-creme of aprons! Lovely big pockets for holding tools.

Superb, only wish it was more affordable so I could buy more as gifts!

I ordered two of these aprons, one for myself and one as a gift for a high school graduate who love baking. I've always loved linen but only recently discovered rough linen (both the concept and the website/shop). I opened my apron immediately and tackled making a Babka for the first time and it (the apron) worked beautifully (how the Babka turned out is a story for another day), I washed the apron as instructed and, while not as flat perfect as it arrived, it was soft after a gentle dry and when folded easily sat with my dish towels in their drawer. The quality is superb and I really really like it. A note on the sizing: I am a big girl (think Ina Garten) and was worried this apron would not fit - but it did! I'm not going to be wrapping the ties around my waist multiple times but it fits, ties nicely at the front (just like the photo), and is comfortable. Highly recommended.
