Brown Coconut Shell Buttons
Orkney duvets and American shams normally come with white buttons.
I have been looking for better brown buttons and now I have found them: 2 hole, 18mm coconut shell buttons, all the way from London, home of the coconut.
Isn’t it ridiculous! I must have photos and samples from every corner of the world, but some were dyed, or carved into extraneous patterns, too big, too small … but finally, perfection. Just what I had envisaged, the brown and natural alternative to my favorite white ones, with a honed top texture and straight, smooth sides.
